How can the management of water support the cultural and spiritual ways of life that indigenous peoples choose to lead?  Answers can be found by observing the way indigenous communities are managing their water resources today (e.g., in locally build and managed irrigation systems), and listening to their voices about the nature of water, and how water management can conform to nature.
